As Berg Larsen Group's Marketing Brand Manager, Cat applies her professional experience, artistic talent and vision, as she creates all of our team's marketing materials which includes brochures, postcards, and advertisements. She also manages post-production image enhancement and composition of many of our blog postings and social media imagery. All requests for interviews and promotional opportunities/features in outside publications are also coordinated and managed through our her as our team's Marketing Manager.
Cat's career spans over thirty-five years, having served in a variety of roles. She brings to the team her experience in a broad spectrum of specialties. Beginning in high school at the age of 15, Cat worked an old-fashioned key and cord switchboard 'one ringy-dingy, two ringy-dingy' Ernestine-style! Cat's range of customer service experience broadened as she manned large-scale corporation switchboards with over 600 extensions, to acting office administrator leading a receptionist team of eight. Additional roles include senior customer service/phone operator, information + resolution resource, retail sales and displays, office management scheduling and trainer, interior decor and styling, customer service management and training, corporate purchasing, and of course-- for nearly thirteen years, maintaining the standard of BLG's brand and the long-term relationships with our vendors, as our very own marketing brand manager.
