Just a month ago it was cold, VERY cold for mid-November. But, duty calls and we were determined to get out there and show luxury homes to our clients. After all, for over 30 years we have been matching homes with lifestyles no matter the weather.

Last November, we sold 42 Park Lane, on Cedar Lake in Minneapolis, by representing the buyer, we were the “selling agent”. What’s that? Why would a buyer want representation?

  • We have over 30 years of experience in real estate, we’re the professionals.  A part of our service is to offer our knowledge and expertise to our clients, the buyer in this case, on any deficiencies and/or defects in the property, as well as providing a thorough market analysis.
  • We’re on the buyers’ side. We’re the advocate during negotiations. We’ve been there, many times and over many years, we know the lingo, jargon and progression of the sale, making the buyer confident in negotiations.
  • Our job is to be diligent, gathering as much information on the house for sale so the buyer is well educated on the property. We look at the history of the house, its maintenance records, the functioning of the utilities and so much more. We are the buyers advocate, we know what they want and we know where to find it!
  • The buyer is ready to purchase! We know the market, we know what’s available and, when the buyer’s ready, we work quickly and thoroughly to help the buyer into their dream home.
  • We keep the buyers information confidential, just between us. No loose lips around here!
