Giving Back to Those in Need
As we enjoy an excellent fall harvest, we also think of those in our community less fortunate. For every home we list for sale during the months of September and October, we're making a $100 donation to Second Harvest Heartland.
Second Harvest Heartland isn't just a food bank, but one of the nation's largest organization committed to helping those in need with food, something many of us take for granted. With a wide reaching network of volunteers who donate money, food and their time, they donate 74 million meals annually to hungry neighbors. Their mission is clear, "To End Hunger Through Community Partnerships", and we're proud to be joining them this fall. We aren't just donating money to the cause, but we're also taking time out to help. The Berg Larsen Group will be assisting in packaging meals for one full day in September and October. We want to help buyers and sellers in the Twin Cities, but we also find great value in helping those less fortunate.
