As the transaction coordinator for the Berg Larsen Group, Krista is the keeper of lists and details. For more than a decade, she has managed all aspects of the listing and sales process, from scheduling vendor appointments to managing the input of properties into the Multiple Listing Service (MLS). Her favorite part of the job is coordinating the details that seal in success, like adding calendar events to track sale contingencies and examining documents to make sure i’s are dotted and t’s are crossed. Her expertise, organization, and support are the glue that keep the process together, from start to finish.
Krista is deeply embedded in the Twin Cities, having lived in various neighborhoods including Southwest Minneapolis, Uptown, and Golden Valley for 32 years.
When Krista is not managing all the details that make the Berg Larsen Group’s transactions successful, you can find her working in her perennial gardens, reading a novel, participating in Earth Day cleanups of Minneapolis Lakes parkland, riding her bike, snowshoeing on the North Shore, visiting local Farmers Markets, or enjoying her favorite chicken tikka masala and garlic naan from The Himalayan on East Lake Street.
Krista has worked in real estate with Coldwell Banker teams since 2001 and has been with the Berg Larsen Group since 2014.
