These are truly unprecedented times. Minnesotans have been exemplary in respecting and honoring the 'Stay at Home' order issued by Governor Walz.  We will do the same with the new 'Stay Safe' order effective May 18, 2020.  Supporting our local and small businesses are key to refueling our communities   While times are definitely different, this does not mean that real estate activity has come to a halt. It was the fall of 2018 when we introduce many of you to the disease Frontotemporal Degeneration (FTD).  Last fall, the Berg Larsen Group chose The Association of Frontotemporal Degeneration as their charity in support of my husband, Gary, who was stricken with this disease in 2016. Over those two autumn months, the Berg Larsen Group raised an incredible $1,700 for the organization.
