Feeling festive isn't one size fits all. For some people, the perfect sweater is what gets them in the mood, while others watch their favorite seasonal flicks and debate whether Die Hard is a holiday movie (which Chad Larsen unequivocally believes it to be). Whether you’re looking for some festive fashion inspiration or new movies for your watch list, the Berg Larsen Group has you covered.

Festive Fashion

When it comes to Chad’s festive holiday garb, an “ugly” sweater is never out of the question. Additionally, Chad has been known to rock some bold holiday pants.

“I do occasionally enjoy providing some shock and awe during the festive holiday season, while still looking good,” says Chad. “I just purchased an updated version for this year!”

Our Must-Watch Movies

According to Krista Eull, “Must-watch holiday films for me include Elf, Love Actually, The Holiday, the original Miracle on 34th Street and National Lampoon’s Christmas Vacation.”

For Deb Shafer, must-watch holiday movies include It’s a Wonderful Life, Christmas Vacation, Home Alone, and all of the Santa Clause movies. The newest addition to Deb’s list is Christmas Chronicles. She adds, “Watching with the grandkids makes it even more fun.”

In addition to being a Die Hard believer, Chad and his wife enjoy watching the Hallmark Channel holiday movies. “Always pleasant, romantic, and predictable,” says Chad. “Good for relaxing and reminding us what is important – family (in all of its shapes, sizes, and formats).”

However, Chad’s favorite holiday movie of all-time is the original 1964 animated version of Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer. Chad explains, “As a ‘product’ of the 1970’s, we saw this every year during my formative years. Rudolph, with his special gifts, and despite the bullying, saves the day and is valued for his gifts.”

It's clear that the Berg Larsen Group’s holiday spirit is as diverse as the traditions themselves. Whether embracing a bold or “ugly” sweater or enjoying classic movies, may your holidays be as special as the unique traditions that define them. Wishing you a season filled with warmth, laughter, and the magic of your favorite holiday moments!
